JTC Group of Companies was established in 1988 and officially became one of the fanchisees of well known food chains in the country namely Jollibee, Chowking and Greenwich. The company also ventured into other restaurant and food business -Meister Baker, Nathan's Barbeque, Handaang Tulyasi, Tarazu Coffee, Times Square Food court and C-Mart Convenience stores. These are all 100% owned by the JTC Group.

The company highly upholds the value it projects geared towards the improvement of its operations. From the start, the company has instilled into the minds of its people that the quality of service and management prowess is the most vital key to achieve long term success. Through the years, the brands under JTC Group of Companies successfully gained on impressive market acceptance. Motivated by his turn of events, number of branches have rapidly increased proving once more that teamwork and dedication are always the top key factors. At present, we have already thirty six (36) stores in Manila including Red Ribbon and thirteen (13) in Davao and we will never stop from there.
